GHOSTWIRE
Run your own WireGuard® VPN server from your iPhone: see who is online, add devices with a QR code or a one-time setup link, and follow traffic per device.
Getting started
The app is the companion to the GHOSTWIRE server, a single program that sets up and runs a WireGuard server on your own Linux machine (kernel 5.6 or newer, with nftables and systemd). It works on a VPS or a Raspberry Pi.
Pair your iPhone
- Open the GHOSTWIRE web interface and go to Settings → Pair iOS app.
- Give the pairing a name and choose read-only or full access.
- In the app, scan the QR code, or tap "Enter manually" and paste the pairing code.
You can revoke the pairing in the web interface at any time, or tap "Disconnect this iPhone" in the app.
